Is Shackmaps free?

Yes, Shackmaps is free for the user. We do not have subscriptions or use a paywall in any way.

Do I need to sign up for an account?

No, you can use Shackmaps without signing up for an account, although it will prevent you from enjoying some features, such as tracking your completion progress and suggesting pins. We also have features coming in the future that would require a Shackmaps account, but accounts are always free.

How do Shackmaps accounts work?

Shackmaps uses Google and Apple OAuth, meaning that you sign up using your existing accounts through Google and Apple. You can read more about this with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How do I contact Shackmaps support?

Is there a way to request a game that we want to be added to Shackmaps?
